My condolences to the family, losing a loved is difficult and something no one is truly prepared to endure, at 1 Peter 5 :7 were encouraged to "throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." May you find comfort in God during this difficult time and comfort in his promise of a ressurection. ( John 5:28,29) A promise that will enable you to see your loved one again and enjoy the close relationship you once had.

I'm sorry for your loss. During these difficult times, we can gain comfort by keeping close in mind the Bible's promise of a resurrection. John 5;28, 29 assures us that, "all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."
