Reginald Earl Palmore was born to Willis and Mary Palmore on August 26, 1959, in San Francisco, California.
He joined Evergreen Baptist Church of San Francisco, CA at an early age under the leadership of the late Rev. Ruth Johnson. He attended school in the SFUSD and graduated from Mission High School.
He worked as a Security Guard for over 20 years with various security agencies. His last employer was Allied Universal of San Francisco.
Reggie was well known in the community for playing Dominoes, hanging out at the Jazz Room, playing basketball and cards. He was a very kind and loving person.
He was best known for his Jheri Curl. "Growing up he always had to get his hair cut all off. He swore when he was older, he would let his hair grow out."
He loved his family and friends, he would always call to check on them to let them know that he loved them.
Reggie was preceded in death by his parents Willis & Mary and his son Reginald Jr.. He leaves to cherish his legacy, his daughter Mary L. Palmore of San Francisco, CA, three grandchildren Rejai Palmore, Maliya Evans and Meleah EVans, his long term partner Frances Smith of Oakland, CA, Six sisters, Betty Carter of Florida, Martha King of Antioch, CA. Regina Palmore of Hayward, CA, Edwina Figueras (Lee) of Vallejo, CA, Vanessa Johnson (Conrad) of Suwanee, GA and Gretta Thompson-Tape (Tony) of Visalia, CA., three aunts, three uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
