Sharon Marie Williams

Sharon Marie Williams died at Eden Medical Hospital after suffering with heart failure. Sharon was a 66-year-old “still a fly diva” as she would say.

Sharon was born March 25, 1951 (on an Easter Sunday) in Los Angeles, California to Evelyn(mother) and Thomas Williams(father). Sharon’s mother Evelyn Williams moved to San Francisco California while Sharon and Candise was young girls where Sharon attended Anza Elementary, Roosevelt Middle school and later went on to Poly Tech High school and joined the Glee Club Choir. Although Sharon did not graduate from Poly Tech she took her personal education seriously and received her high school diploma from Jefferson High School January 11, 2012 at the age of 60 years old. In San Francisco Sharon was a social butterfly and love to cook and sing for people, no matter where Sharon went she talked to people and told them her testimony about how God spared her life one more time.

Sharon joined Missionary Temple CME church at a young age and there was involved in the Mattie E. Coleman youth group.  There she also participated in the Young Adult, New Sanctuary, and Voices of the Temple Mass Choir. Sharon also served as a Stewardess and was Vice president of the Missionary Women’s society. When Sharon moved to Dallas, Texas she gave her life to Christ by accepting Jesus as her personal savior. Despite a lot of educational difficulties, she began teaching the word of God and ministering in churches both in Texas and California. There was no doubt that Sharon loved and believed in the Almighty and all trusting God.

Sharon is survived by her only Daughter(Kay) Alicia Davenport, and grandchild Xavier-Dominic Williams Davenport. Sharon is welcomed into death by Mildred Matthews (grandmother), Thomas Williams (father) Evelyn Williams (Mother) Candise Williams (sister).

Sharon Marie Williams will be cremated following funeral proceedings on September 23, 2017
