David passed away unexpectedly at his home in S.F.. He was born and raised in Oklahoma and is survived by his brother John and his wife and family there.

His many friends, neighbors and former Tansamerica Corp. colleagues are welcome to join a celebration of his life on Wed, July 14th, 3-5 p.m. at Duggan's Funeral Service at 3434 17th St., SF 94110.
