I'm so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as the comfort found in God’s word the bible. In the face of such tragedy, many wonder why God allows such suffering. In the bible, Romans 5:12 says, "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

The Bible is a great source of encouragement. A comforting thought is at Acts 24:15, “There is going to be a resurrection”. While grief at the loss of Johnny Johnson is great, joy at welcoming him back in the earthly resurrection will be greater. (Mark 5:42) I would like to express my condolences to your family during this difficult time.

I send my deepest sympathy and love to Evelyn and the Johnson family, from the loss of my very special friend, Johnny Johnson. My heart goes to you in this time of loss, and now Johnny is resting in the arms of Jesus. He will no longer suffer any pain and will have peace with our Lord in Heaven. I pray that the family will stay strong, especially Evelyn, giving you the strength from above to overcome this loss.
