William Welch
Funeral Director
William, "Bill" Welch is a native San Franciscan and Noe Valley resident. He attended Mission Dolores Elementary and Lowell High School. He was a Union Carpenter before his mother asked him to come into the family business, although he had been doing odd jobs for the funeral home since 1956. He was the managing funeral director from 1977 until 2016. He is available on request.
Steven Welch
Funeral Director
Steven is a native of the Mission District and fifth generation funeral director who has been working in the family funeral home since 1981. A licensed Embalmer and Funeral Director since 1987. Steven lives within one mile of the funeral home and loves helping people. His training began at age 8 under the leadership of his grandmother, Letitia Duggan Welch. His education includes St. Vincent de Paul and St. Philip's grammar schools, St. Ignatius College Preparatory (1982), City College of SF, and San Francisco College of Mortuary Science (1985).
Steven is a Past President and Past Grand Secretary of the Young Men's Institute, past President of Kiwanis Club of Mission SF, Past President of Ancient Order of Hibernians County Board, Past Chairman of Comhaltas Ceoltiori Eireann, Past President of St. Philip the Apostle Parish Council, Past Camp Commander of Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, is currently the Chair of the Golden Gate Area Council Sea Scouting Committee and a member of the youth activities committee of SF Elks Lodge as well as a member of many organizations.
Thomas V. Halloran
General Manager
Thomas is a native of the Mission District with over 40 years experience as a Licensed Embalmer and Funeral Service Counselor/Director in addition to over 20 years experience managing mortuaries and cemeteries. He is a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic High School class of 1980 and a graduate of the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science class of 1981.
He is also a parishioner of Saint Paul’s Catholic Church; a member of the Castro Street Merchants Assoc.; a member of the Cadillac LaSalle Club and the Freewheelers Car Club of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Danielle Clark
Supervising Embalmer, Funeral Director, Crematory Manager
Danielle is a licensed embalmer, funeral director and crematory manager and has been in the profession for 11 years.
Originally from Amador County, CA, Danielle attained a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from CSUS and is a graduate of the Mortuary School at American River College.

Brian Zamora
Funeral Counselor
My journey into the funeral industry was not a planned one. It was a path that found me in 2019, following a personal tragedy where I lost both my parents. During those challenging times, I was fortunate to have experienced guidance and care that helped me navigate through the process.
This experience inspired me to join the funeral industry, with the aim of providing the same level of support and care to others facing similar circumstances. My educational background includes attending Maria Carrillo High School in Santa Rosa, California.
In addition to my work in the funeral industry, I am also a Licensed Pastor at the United Pentecostal Church International. Currently, I am serving as a Pastor in Windsor, California. My goal is to continue providing support and guidance to those in need during their most difficult times.

Gary Carter
Funeral Service and Director Assistant/Facility Supervisor
Gary has lived in San Francisco for over 30 years and has been in the industry for 18 years. Gary is an active member in church and the community. He is an ordained deacon at the COGIC St. James Cathedral of Faith.
He is a father to 7 children, grandfather to 24 grandchildren and great grandfather to 13 great grandchildren. In his spare time he likes to play the bass guitar and spend time with his family.
Carlos Fernandez, E.A
Controller
Carlos Fernandez, an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and alumnus of the Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University in New York City, is currently the Controller for the Duggan-Welch family in San Francisco. His affiliations extend to organizations such as the AICPA and the NAEA, reflecting his commitment to ethical practices.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Carlos plays an active role in his local community. He is a member of the Budget and Finance committee at St. Finn Barr Catholic School, located in the charming Sunnyside neighborhood.

Megan is a fifth generation member of our funeral directing family. She supports the Manager and Funeral Directors to provide the best quality experience for our families. Her education includes St. Philip's grammar school, Roseville High School and earned her BS at University of Nevada at Reno. She lives in the Mission District.

Cosmetologist, Hairdresser
Tessie, a native of Arkansas, has been our hairdresser and cosmetologist for over twenty years. She also assists the Funeral Directors on Services, Visitations and Quiet Hours.
